These are 12 volt flashing LED modules which operate on an exceptionally low current consumption of 150 microamps.
They are mainly used as indicator lights on battery operated equipment where current consumption is critical. The flash rate is once a second. The electronics are sealed in a potting box dimensions 30x20x15mm.
