The 24 volt dc relay module has two sets of voltage-free changeover contacts rated 2 amps @ 24 volts dc. They operate from 24 volts dc and have an integral spike suppressor diode across the relay coil. Minimum tested operating voltage 20 volts dc.
They are commonly used to interface access control systems to fire alarm systems such that when the fire alarm is activated then the relay releases locking devices on the access control. These modules have heavy duty terminal blocks fitted to facilitate 1.5mm fire alarm cables.
These modules are solidly built and tested to a high standard in the UK by STS. Three adhesive-backed mounting feet included.
